At Reverse Osmosis Superstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water purification system. If your product is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific filtration unit.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all filters, membranes, hardware, and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the system is complete and unused, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
